Resumen

El ejercicio del espejo es básico en el entrenamiento del actor. Toda sala de danza tiene un espejo. El mismo teatro ha sido considerado metafóricamente el cristal en el que la sociedad se contempla. Desde una perspectiva filosófica, la principal pregunta que quiero abordar es: “¿Cómo se relacionan la imaginación, la reflectividad y la performance?” Tratando de averiguar si existe alguna posibilidad para los cuerpo físicos de actuar sutilmente, este artículo busca a ambos lados del espejo la transmutación de las ideas en imágenes y viceversa. Para esta tarea, varias filosofías trascendentales son observadas para llegar a la interpretación común de que lo visible y lo invisible se reflejan mútuamente.
